RETURNS

RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your return can be refunded, exchanged or credited where items are faulty or are different to what was purchased.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer a refund, exchange or credit. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds could be granted: 
    • Obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition 
    • Is damaged for reasons not due to our error 

ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE NON-RETURNABLE!

RETURNS (A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time you will know whether your refund will be approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. If not please contact us at 1-651-410-6700 or email us at info@randiis.com. 

EXHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item(s) for the same item(s), notify us at info@randiis.com with any applicable proof and send your defective or damaged item to: PO Box 240802, Apple Valley, MN 55124. 

CURRENCY: All transactions are processed in $USD (United States Dollars)

SHIPPING: Items are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise stated (will be subjected to additional fees), call or email to enquire on fees. Orders are processed and mailed within 3 to 7 business days.  For USP mail within the United States, it may take an additional 3 - 5 days for it to get to you. Depending on where you live outside the US, the type of shipping method, your shipment arrival time may vary. We will not be responsible for charges incurred on your end. 

Please allow additional processing and shipping time during holidays, so place your orders early.

ALL SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN THE US ARE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.  

SHIPPING AND RETURNS: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for unused or undamaged products, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY: If for any reason we are unable to mail your order within 3 to 7 business days, we will notify you as soon as possible. Thank You!
